The Power of Habit

In this episode we are joined by Misha Zarins to discuss the book The Power of Habit.  Habits are powerful and exist whether we intend for them to or not.  By learning to recognize and amend unhealthy habits we can find more peace.  Misha has used managing his habits to overcome anxiety and depression in his youth and more recently to accomplish significant personal goals.
